We have innovated and designed the return and exchange flow to make the process as easy as possible and FREE! Simply go to Return & Exchange with your Order# for direct process, or you can Log in to your account and click on Return from Order History.
Free Return - Two Ways
1. Order $49+ in net item purchases. Excluding all shipping, taxes, rewards points, store credits, couple code, and special offers.
In the RMA return process a message will indicate free return is qualified for the return
2. Order under $49 in net item purchases select Alrisco Store Credit in Return process
In the event return process message indicate free return isn't qualified for the return, select Store Credit as an option in refund to also qualify for Free Return.
Hate the hassles to return then must purchase a new order to "complete" an exchange? With our innovative system design to streamline the exchange process, you will no longer have to. Exchanging for a different and available colors and/or sizes of the same style has never been easier and is completed in same RMA process!
Promotion Returns & Exchanges: BOGO
If one of the items is returned from a "Buy One, Get One X% Off" for example: 50%, the 50% off discount off original purchase is deducted from the refund total. In order to retain the 50% off discount the returned item must be exchanged for same item/style.
For customer that are returning purchases made from our partnered marketplaces outside of alrisco.com can have the option to use our website's RMA Portal with a deduction of $7.99 in their final refund. If customer elects to not use our return process to sent return back, those return cost are not reimbursable.
Return and Exchange Conditions
Items must be sent back within 30 days from the purchase date.
Products return and exchanges must be in its original, new, unworn condition, tags, and all packaging including the original shoe box without alteration. A possible 20% restocking fee may be assessed if otherwise.
After the return process a prepaid return-shipping label for each return will be able to print out to use to ship return back (not available on items shipped from APO/FPO locations or outside the 50 US states).
Exchange is considered only as repurchasing of another color and/or size of the style previously purchased. A new order will be placed in the event of an exchange while original order will be processed as a return to complete the exchange.
Returns can only be considered when shipped back to address on a returning addressed cover sheet (and below) that will also be printed out with pre-paid shipping label.
Refunds can be selected to be reimbursed back to original payment method or Alrisco store credit. Either method reimbursement will be within 10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
We cannot unfortunately reimburse any expedited shipping fees from original order, including original shipping fees are not refundable, if any.
Customers are responsible for the return or exchange shipping unless qualifies under Free Return offer.
Returns and exchanges package that are not shipped back using our return process should be best shipped with shipping insurance coverage with tracking number or delivery confirmation.
Undeliverable packages that are returned to us because of refusal to receive, over-attempted delivery, or incorrect delivery information furnished by customer will be automatically processed for return upon receiving with 20% restocking fee.
All Accessories, Eyewear, Swimwear, Beauty/Cosmetic, Costumes, Lingerie, Intimates, and international orders are FINAL SALE.

Incorrect / DOA (Defective on Arrival) Item
In a perfect world, manufacturing defect and human errors are never expected as our shipping department takes pride on checking and verifying every single order that goes out but unfortunately mistake still does occur. Please kindly Contact Us to inform and we will gladly assume the responsibility and service you. We reserve the right to request for photos of the incorrect/defective item shipped to you. Original item may not need to be returned back upon verification. Wear and tear damages are NOT considered Incorrect/DOA and will be refused and/or returned to customer.
