ORDERING AND CHECKOUT
After shopping on Alrisco.com and locating products you wish to purchase, simply click on "Add" The Shopping Bag holds products you wish to purchase. Once you have finished shopping and are ready to checkout, follow the Checkout process.
- Update the quantity. To do this, simply select the quantity
you wish to purchase.
- Remove an item from your Shopping Bag To remove an item,
click the box next to the item you wish to delete.
- If you wish to continue shopping on Alrisco.com, you can
use the Shopping Bag to store items you wish to purchase. Click on
"Continue Shopping" to search the site for additional items. At any
time during your shopping experience, you can return to your
Shopping Bag by clicking on "View Bag."
- Proceed to secure Checkout. When you are ready to purchase
your item(s), click on "Checkout." Our checkout process is fast,
easy and secure. For more information on our secure shopping

Or select to check out with Amazon Payments or Paypal to
bypass payment and directly to order confirmation.
- Select Your Shipping Method. From the options provided,
select from the shipping methods that are available for the item(s)
you wish to purchase. If you have a Discount or Coupon Code, enter
it in the box under "Priority Code." Same with our
SoleMate Reward Points and Alrisco Store Credit, select
either to apply into cart balance.
- Shipping and Billing. Enter your shipping address and your
billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. You
will be prompted to enter a billing and shipping address for the
item(s) being purchased. Your credit card will not be accepted
without the appropriate billing address. If you wish to ship to a
different address other than your billing address, you may do so at
this time by clicking on "different address for delivery."
You will have to option to save billing and shipping address
used into profile(s) for future uses.
- Review Your Order. On the "Order & Information confirmation"
page, you can review your entire order, including your shipping
address, shipping method(s), and billing information, all of which
can be edited at this point. You will also see your applied
discounts and promotions, total charges, and gift options. To
complete your purchase, click on "process final order."
- Receipt Page. After you complete the checkout process, the
Receipt Page provides you with your order number and information
about the order. Keep your order number in a safe place, it will be
needed for all order references. Print this screen and save it for
EMAILS ABOUT YOUR ORDER
After you place your order, you will receive e-mails about your order. Below are examples of e-mails you might receive:
- Your order has been received. This e-mail confirms that we
have received your order. It includes your order number. Keep this
e-mail for your records.
- Your order has shipped. This email confirms that your order
has shipped. If you do not receive your shipment within 7-10
business days please contact us to trace your order.
DELIVERY OF YOUR ITEMS
Delivery of your items can take anywhere from two to seven full business days, depending on your location. Business days are Monday-Friday 9am - 5:00pm, excluding federal holidays within the United States. When your order is delivered, you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur, contact a Customer Service Specialist by please contact us.

Important information about payment:
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
REDEEMING PROMOTION AND DISCOUNT CODES
Steps for redeeming a Promotion or Discount Code:
- On the
"Order Step 1" Page, enter the code/number exactly as it appears, in
the box next to "Priority Code" (if available).
- Codes/numbers are case sensitive.
- Click "Continue to Order Form."
If your discount qualifies, it will be displayed in the payment summary. Only one Promotional Discount code per order will be accepted.
PAYMENT: CHECK/MONEY ORDER - WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS ONLY
- "Check/Money Order" as your Payment Method in the Order
Checkout section of the Checkout Process.
- After submitting the form to "Process Order", your order confirmation number will be displayed.
To complete your order, simply make the check payable to
Alrisco Inc.,. and write your order number on the check (in the memo line) and mail your check to:

Please note that we will not be able to process your order unless you provide funds in U.S. Dollars and include your correct order number on the check.
- All check orders are placed on hold for
three business days to allow them to clear.
- For check/money orders,
we will only be able to issue an exchange for items returned.
Please note that we charge either $25 or the maximum allowable by law
for all dishonored checks.
